French 75 is a classic cocktail made with gin, champagne, lemon juice and sugar syrup. The cocktail comes from the time of the First World War. The combination of gin and champagne gave such a kick that the cocktail was compared to the power of a French 75mm rifle. The Pink French 75 is a colourful variation on the classic. Give it a try!

Ingredients

  • 30ml POLLY Pink London Classic
  • 10ml ODK Barista Syrup Brown Sugar
  • 15ml ODK Sour Lemon 100%
  • 100ml Canter Sparkling Bianco Extra Dry 0.0
  • ice cubes
  • strip of lemon peel

How to make?

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes
  2. Pour 30ml POLLY Pink London Classic, 10ml ODK Barista Syrup Brown Sugar and 15ml ODK Sour Lemon 100% into the shaker
  3. Shake vigorously several times
  4. Pour the ingredients through a strainer into a champagne flûte
  5. Top up the glass with 100ml Canter Sparkling Bianco Extra Dry 0.0
  6. As a garnish you can add a strip of lemon zest to the glass
