Château del ISH is a multi-award-winning non-alcoholic sparkling white wine. It is based on an alcohol-free blend of Pinot Blanc and Silvaner grapes. The wine is gently de-alcoholised at a low temperature to preserve the characteristic properties of the grapes and thus obtain the most authentic non-alcoholic wine experience. With a honey-like nose and notes of citrus, green apple, pear and peach, this blend of Pinot Blanc and Silvaner grapes is considered a demi-sec. A medium sweet sparkling wine that turns into a delicious, refreshing acidity on the palate. This sparkling goes well with light fish, shellfish or spicy Asian dishes.
