Ingredients

  • 100ml Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water
  • 5ml Bacanha Strawberry Syrup
  • 50ml ODK Sour Lime 100%
  • 1 loose strawberry
  • 1 lime zest
  • ice cubes

How to make?

  1. Fill the whiskey glass with ice cubes
  2. Pour 5ml Bacanha Strawberry Syrup, 50ml ODK Sour Lime 100% and 100ml Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water into the glass
  3. Gently stir through the glass with the bar spoon
  4. Garnish the mocktail with a few slices of strawberry and a lime zest
